Watch Tom Meents in Maximum Destruction as he crushes the home of the Mattingly Family, who will be receiving a new home thanks to ABC’s Extreme Makeover - Home Edition. On hand will be show designer, Michael Maloney, along with special guest designer, Xzibit, of MTV’s Pimp My Ride.

The Mattingly’s tragic story began when Steve (Mattingly) responded to a call of a fire at a neighborhood home. He was directing traffic around the site, when a car struck him at full speed leaving him to face a life-long recovery with multiple surgeries. Steve and Melissa Mattingly, along with their two daughters have been living in their single-wide trailer which is crumbling beneath them.

When Ty Pennington and his team arrived, the family was sent on vacation while their new home was built. They enlisted the help of none other than 8-time Monster Jam® champion Tom Meents to destroy their home and help them with the start to a new life.
